Class 11-12 Mathematics Teacher for JEE/NEET Coaching (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our team at our prestigious coaching institute. As a Class 11-12 Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Class 11-12 Mathematics, focusing on JEE exam preparation.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, ensuring effective understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to tailor teaching strategies accordingly.
• Create and administer regular assessments, including mock tests, to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and grades, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the JEE exams, and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop effective teaching methodologies and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Mathematics Teacher, preferably in a coaching institute or similar educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Class 11-12 Mathematics curriculum, JEE exam patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to students' diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance teaching and learning.
