Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and educational content aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for 11th and 12th-grade students.
• Conduct specialized coaching sessions for entrance exams in Maths ensuring comprehensive coverage of relevant topics and exam patterns.
• Assess individual student needs, strengths, and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods accordingly to facilitate effective learning.
• Foster inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods to encourage active participation and critical thinking among students.
• Provide additional support to students as needed, offering remedial assistance and challenging advanced learners.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field of Maths and entrance exam requirements to enhance lesson planning and coaching sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues, parents, and department heads to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices.
• Supervise laboratory sessions and organize educational field trips to provide practical learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Maths or relevant field.
• Previous experience teaching 11th and 12th-grade students in CBSE curriculum and entrance exam coaching.
• Proficiency in utilizing various teaching platforms and tools for conducting classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing educational technologies and methodologies.
• Willingness to relocate to Thrikkakkara, Cochin before commencing employment.
