• Manage and oversee all academic duties and activities
• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
• Monitor and evaluate student performance
• Organize and facilitate art and craft activities
• Teach dance classes
• Maintain a positive and friendly environment
• Communicate with parents and guardians
