Role:
To contribute to the overall development of Academics with regard to subject specific curriculum, its development and implementation.
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Qualifications:
• M.Com with B.Ed is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• Knowledgeable about the current trends and innovations in curriculum development.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom tools.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for maintaining clear and positive interactions with students, parents, administrators, and the wider educational community.
• Expertise in curriculum development and innovation is essential to ensure that the Commerce & Humanities department's academic programs align with educational standards and foster student engagement.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making enables a Head of Department to address challenges promptly, contributing to the overall success of the department and the institution.
Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development and Implementation
• Classroom Management and organization: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning, while also fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among students.
• Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
• Individualized Support: Identify and address the unique needs of each student and provide support
• Parent/Guardian Communication and Teacher: Through regular conferences.
• Classroom Resources: Manage and utilize educational materials, technology, and resources effectively
• Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development.
• School Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to create a supportive and cohesive educational community.
