Position Overview: PIBM is seeking an experienced and dynamic IELTS Trainer to join our team in Pune. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation courses to students aspiring to study or work abroad. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of English, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their desired scores. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct IELTS training sessions for students, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. • Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of individual students. • Assess students' proficiency levels and track their progress through regular mock tests and evaluations. • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills and overcome weaknesses. • Stay updated with the latest developments in the IELTS examination format and adapt teaching methods accordingly. • Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. • Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students. • Assist students with exam registration procedures and provide guidance on exam strategies and techniques. • Offer counseling and guidance to students regarding study plans, career opportunities, and overseas education options. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification is highly desirable. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer, preferably in a reputable educational institution. • Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in all four language skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. • Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in the IELTS examination. • Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a genuine interest in their academic and personal development. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools for conducting virtual classes is an advantage.
