Job Title: Community Experience Executive
Department: Administration Department
Report to: Centre Head
Salary Package: CTC Between 1.8 to 3.2 LPA depending on interview and Experience
Work Duration: 10:30 to 7:00 Tuesday to Sunday (Note: Sundays working, weekly off on Mondays)
Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Description:
Student Engagement & Support
- Serve as students' primary point of contact, providing information, guidance, and support throughout their academic journey.
- Assist students with enrolment process, course registration, material allotment (offline and online) and payment processing, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle student queries or issues effectively and redirect to relevant team members to find solutions and ensure student satisfaction while constantly being in the loop.
- Schedule mentoring sessions, doubts sessions, workshops, etc. for students with effective coordination with the respective faculty members.
Faculty Facilitation & Support
- Coordinate and monitor faculty lecture schedules, assignments, material preparation and resources to ensure effective teaching and quality education delivery.
- Assist faculty members with their logistic needs while visiting the institute for lectures.
- Act as a link between faculty members and administrative staff, facilitating communication and resolving queries as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, Personal Mentoring sessions and academic progress.
- Handle student payments, fee reminders and issue receipts by coordinating with the Accounts team.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Feedback Collection & Analysis
- Take feedback from students and faculty regarding their experiences with courses, services, and facilities.
- Analyse feedback to provide report and make recommendations to the management.
- Monitor successful implementation of strategies guided by management to enhance student satisfaction and faculty engagement based on feedback analysis.
Eligibility:
- Academic Requirements: Graduate and Above (Preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field)
- Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Tasks management, delegation and follow-up, Organizational Skills, MS Office Proficiency
- Experience: Between 1 to 5 Years in customer service, administration, or academic support roles
