Company Secretary (Job Vacancy)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Company Secretary at Next Education located in Kochi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling and maintaining secretarial and corporate governance matters. This includes providing support in legal and regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing board meetings and minutes, and ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations. 1. Conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings and Committee Meetings. 2. Secretarial compliances of foreign subsidiaries. 3. Filing of Income tax forms with respect to Foreign payments. 4. Coordination for FEMA related filings. 5. Filing of relevant forms with the Registrar of Companies. 6. General Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 with respect to statutory registers, ESOPs etc. 7. Coordination with the Legal team for drafting of customer, vendor Agreements. 8. Advising the management with respect to Companies Act, FEMA and other statutory compliances.
