Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Company Secretary at Irish Expert in Thrissur. As a Company Secretary, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining company records, preparing and filing legal documents, coordinating board meetings and preparing minutes, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant qualification as a Company Secretary or similar field is preferred
