We now need a content & script writer to co-create this unique learning experience with us. Your role: You will develop immersive workplace scenarios and use your storytelling skills to write content that makes learners imagine they are at the center of solving a workplace crisis, pitching to an important client, or managing a project timeline with their colleagues: the more action-packed roleplay you create, the better! ●    Compensation range: INR 4.2 LPA - INR 5.4 LPA ●    Location: Khar West, Mumbai (this is a work-from-office role) The top 5 things you will be responsible for: 1 - Ideating exciting workplace scenarios that act as the base of creating activities and sessions for learners. 2 - Research, research research. From pop culture references to the latest happenings in the business world, you’ll use them as inputs to make learning content more engaging and relatable for the learners. 3 - Converting ideas into various content types such as activity briefs for learners, session scripts for trainers, and learning decks / resources. 4 - Testing activities with learners and being in a constant loop of making improvements till learning content achieves the learning objectives. 5 - Working alongside designers and editors to ensure your content is coming to life with the same level of quality you put into it. Who are we looking for? Background & experience: ●    Creative writing graduate or professional, with 1-3 years of experience ●    Passionate about sharing quality ideas through exceptional writing ●    Obsessed with creating impact with every word - someone who can deliver an exciting, learner-friendly writing style while ensuring the essence of the curriculum remains intact ●    Self-motivated and hard worker ●    Lover of reading (books, news, reviews, social media content), and more importantly, lover of analyzing what you have read ●    Deep thinker who recognises the gap in the current education system and resonates with the need to bring meaningful learning to people's lives Think you’re the one?
