Position Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs and initiatives of the culture office and founders’ branding. This includes but is not limited to project planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation. Additionally, the Program Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing communication strategies, internal branding, communications, and championing our culture charter. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines for various programs and initiatives. • Top-notch writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail to create copy according to various requirements. • Create a content creation plan for various verticals, guide designers and video editors to maintain quality in compliance with the content strategy. • Understand the organisation’s values and culture to implement engagement initiatives leading to employee awareness and positive engagement. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. • Develop a strong communication buzz machine for driving the right brand messaging internally and externally. • Identify employer branding opportunities, keep up with market trends and propose branding activities for the organisation and founders. • Create employee-related content for social media channels. • Manage our founder’s YouTube Channel & Instagram page, inclusive of pre-production and post-production to programming and analytics. • Head internal branding and communications to foster a strong sense of identity and community among employees using various platforms including social media. • Manage the organisation's culture charter, ensuring alignment with our core values and driving initiatives to promote the workplace culture. • Support various internal teams with creatives and copy, for their projects. What We Expect From You: - Proven experience in program management, including project planning, execution, and evaluation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knack for Content Creation, and ability to instruct designers and video editors. - Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies. - Experience in branding and positioning, with a focus on founder branding and market positioning. - Deep understanding of content management, brand strategy and social media. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
