- Social Media:
- post content for all our schools across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- maintain grid consistency
- create and manage a social media calendar
- post about school USP, pedagogy, events, student achievements, parent testimonials etc
- post about themes such as #ThrowbackThursday, #FunFriday, #MondayMotivation etc.
- post about days of significance and festivals
- post real-time stories on social media during key events
- Website:
- take complete responsibility for the content on our websites
- regularly update the blogs section
- regularly update the events section
- coordinate with the website vendor/agency for posting the content and acquiring website analytics reports
- Collaterals & Internal Branding
- responsible for the content and messaging on brochures, leaflets, wall branding, etc in our schools
- Campaign Communication
- responsible for strategizing and executing the content on SMS,Whatsapp & Email marketing campaigns to leads in our admission funnel
- responsible for strategizing content on outdoor media such as hoardings, bus shelters, leaflets etc
- should adept in brevity in all communication
- Persona mapping
- be actively involved in understanding our target audience and create a repository of various personas
- use these personas to reverse engineer the content across various platforms
- Competitor Analysis
- be actively involved in monitoring and analysing the content strategies used by competitors
- Growth strategies
- be proactive in exploring new content-driven growth strategies
- Reporting
- Create periodic reports of your work and present to team leader/management
- Photoshoots
- coordinate and guide photographers for photoshoots of our events and schools
- Internal Communication
- responsible for various internal communication requirement within the organization
- Ad-hoc projects
- While all aspects of the role have been mentioned above, do note that a marketing job is dynamic in nature and the candidate should be quick to adapt to new changes.
What would it be like to be in your shoes?
- Regular meetings with the school team (principals, coordinators, teachers etc.) to understand their content related requirements
- Regular meetings with the design team (graphic designer and video designers) to give a tangible form to your ideas
- Coordination with the social media manager to regularly update the content across different platforms
- Coordination with the website vendor to regularly update the events, testimonials, news and blog section
- Regular meetings with the admission and marketing team to understand our admission cycle and target audience
