Content and Social Media Manager (Job Vacancy)

Job Summary  Manage Social Media accounts, Proof Reading, Editing and Content Writing, Content Management Tasks Responsibilities and Duties: ● Providing content as required, considering the target audience's psychology. ● Understanding the areas where content needs to be proofread, edited, and re-written, keeping the timelines and due dates in mind. ● Customizing the content as per the requirement of the company. ● Working and coordinating with the team for tasks and timely delivery of content and social media creatives and videos. ● Preparing well-structured drafts using content management systems. ● Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content. ● Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. ● Define the most important social media KPIs. ● Manage and oversee social media content. ● Measure the success of every social media campaign. ● Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. ● Coordinate and manage company event operations.  ● Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries ● Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans ● Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics ● Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:  ● Understanding of article structure and writing: Strong communication, editing, and writing skills. ● Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once. ● Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and creativity. ● Deadline-driven mentality. ● Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Experience required: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer, Social Media and PR Manager. • Proven work experience as a School Social Media coordinator • Background in Arts Literature/Mass Communication/Advertising Agency/Content Writing. • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. • Social Media Strategy experience: Using social media for brand awareness and impressions. • Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media. • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. • Preferably Pune & Mumbai Location Only.  Job Type: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent / Hybrid Salary - Upto 2.00 to 4.00 LPA
