Role Description

This is a part-time role as a Contract Instructional Designer at OneKeyCare Ventures located in New Delhi. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development. The role requires on-site presence in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development
• Knowledge in training & development and learning management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Experience in Articulate 3 or 360
