Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IQAC Coordinator at CIMAGE Group of Institutions in Patna. The IQAC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) activities. This includes preparing and submitting required documents, conducting meetings, organizing and participating in reviews and audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. The IQAC Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating faculty development programs, promoting a culture of quality enhancement, and assisting in the accreditation process.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and processes in higher education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
• Experience in conducting reviews, audits, and assessments
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Education, or Management
• Experience in accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives is preferred
