Job Opportunity: Corporate Partnership Executive at STEM Learning

Location: Guwahati, Assam, India

Type: Full-time

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate with PGDM in business management, MBA sales, or equivalent
  • Masters in Social Work with experience in fundraiser on CSR preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Selection Criteria: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraiser within the development sector
  • Proficiency in updating sales CRM applications daily
  • Ability to handle business development through acquisition, development, and management of corporate partnerships
  • Proven track record in creating and pitching proposals/presentations to potential donors
  • Experience in donor management, closure, negotiation, and client survey
  • Exposure to government liaisoning and institutional sales is an added advantage
  • Ability to set fundraising/revenue goals and develop strategies to achieve them

Key Responsibilities: As a Corporate Partnership Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling and maintaining a database of national and local donor organizations
  • Utilizing experience in CSR partnerships building and B2B sales
  • Regularly monitoring donor websites and identifying relevant opportunities
  • Undertaking online research and building contacts with potential individual donors
  • Maintaining relationships with existing donors and keeping them updated about the organization's work
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state, especially in remote areas, for meetings with government officials, industry, and corporate clients
  • Proactively deepening existing donor relationships and identifying new donors and investors
