Currently we are hiring a Corporate Relation Manager for North region to take of the Student Placement activity.
Below given is the Job Description in Brief
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role
- Primary responsibility of initiating campus placements of all our students from the post graduate programs. Placing the students across industries and sectors.
- Develop a strong network/database of corporate partners which would include CXOs, HR Heads, Other HR point of contacts of at least 500 top companies for placements
- Manage end to end process of placements which would include initiating discussions with prospective recruiters, managing pre-placement talks, facilitating student interviews, securing the offer for the students.
- Achieve a minimum placement target for students enrolled across different programs every month
- Positioning S P Jain’s value proposition in terms of the USP of the school, Promoting different programs as well to corporate clients, exploring different avenues for engagement (e.g. L&D) with the corporate partners
- Report into Director, Corporate Relations and prepare and present strategy to him for every placement cycle
- Maintaining key placement metrics
- Be responsible for Consultative selling to corporates
- Conduct Regular sessions with the students to guide them on placement expectations and career path. Counsel and Mentoring of students
- Design and execute Industry Engagements and touchpoints like HR conclaves, guest lectures and events.
- Formulation of sales strategy for placements – Reassessing strategy every quarter.
Skills and Competencies required:
- Qualification: PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, UG - Any
- Experience: Candidates with at least 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Relations/Placements with extremely good industry connects
- Technical Competencies: Excellent Communicator
- Behavioural Competencies: Positive attitude, Presentable and pleasing personality, Passionate about the role, self-motivated, energetic, adaptable to the demands of the role, ‘can do’ attitude
