Job Description

This position requires a team member for a designated region/ verticals / territories/ set of accounts regarding all the activities related to widening the pool of recruiters, specifically in the corporate sector. The opportunity involves the chance to connect ITM Business School with prominent and reputed organisations. The individual selected will need to have excellent business development acumen, a knack for sales and interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent ITM Group of Institutions to various corporates. Required Experience: 5-8 Years of relevant experience in developing and maintaining corporate relations, have a proven track record of managing business school placements. Required Skills: • Ability to identify set of companies that have the appetite and prowess to recruit, reach out to them and foster relationships, build contacts in green field accounts, identify key stake holders and engage them with campus. • Posses thorough understanding of campus placements and understanding of various technical angles of placements. • Excellent new business development, key account management, communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills. • Understanding of the Indian Higher Education landscape and related policies, specially emerging technologies, Artificial intelligence, data science, digital media etc would be an added advantage. • Ability to manage and evaluate subordinates and other team members. • Ability to establish goals and objectives for the assigned region/ territory/ set of accounts that support the overall department’s strategic plan. • Independent facilitator with proven organisational ability and skill for handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: • Analyse job trend and provide career services to the students • Generate and cultivate a steady pipeline of accounts with a clear strategy to convert a certain percentage to meet targeted number of offers. • To bring in recruiters who would meet the required standards of offers in terms of roles, packages and domain. • To correspond, invite, schedule prospective companies / organisations for interviews and campus recruitments. Converting hiring Companies into recruitment drives. Organising Campus Placement drives, arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures and On Job Training of Candidates • Generate new employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships. Establishing and maintaining strong network connections with the industry and alumni in the industry. • Collaborate and promote Career Planning services through in-class presentations, student organisation outreach, New Student Orientation and in concert with college support services. • Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise. • Market Career Planning services and programs to business and industry, as well as non-profits and internal constituencies, by developing programs, targeting mailings and e-mailings, attending promotional events, presenting information and workshops at various business functions, and through involvement in business associations etc. • Aggressively contact businesses and industries in the Institute's service area to develop partnerships and placements. • Listen to students concerns about academic, emotional or social problems and help students process their problems and plan goals and action • Counselling of Candidates for placement • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students • To work in consultation with the coordinator for organising guest sessions from professionals and industry. • To complete any other duties assigned by corporate relations in-charge relevant to student. Qualifications MBA with excellent verbal and written communication skills
