Cosmetology Trainer for Vocational Training Institute (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty And Wellness Cosmetology & Computer Science Trainer to join our Vocational Training Institute. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students interested in pursuing a career in the beauty and wellness industry, with a focus on cosmetology and computer science.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in beauty and wellness cosmetology and computer science, ensuring that the curriculum meets industry standards and requirements.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to enhance student learning and skill development.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary practical skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their learning journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the beauty and wellness industry, as well as computer science, to ensure the training programs remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve the training programs and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new training courses and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the training facility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beauty And Wellness Cosmetology & Computer Science Trainer or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in beauty and wellness cosmetology, including hair care, skincare, makeup, and nail care.
• Strong understanding of computer science concepts, programming languages, and software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Patience and adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Valid certifications and licenses in relevant areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
