Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Counselors/Sr. Counselors at Silver Fern Education Consultants in Chandigarh. The main responsibilities of this role include providing academic consulting, guiding and mentoring students throughout the admission process, assisting students in choosing the most appropriate academic pathways, and ensuring that they reach their desired institutions. Additionally, the counselors will be responsible for conducting interviews, providing constructive guidance, coordinating with institutes and ensuring timely application submissions. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of Visa Counseling of UK & USA • Experience in academic counseling and understanding of admission processes • Ability to provide guidance and support for students' career pathways • Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and financial aid • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant educational software • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
