Now forward to what you’d do (or are doing already) as a 21st century parent. You’d probably want your kids to explore their creativity, expand their curiosity, learn to communicate, build a growth mindset, and to collaborate with peers. And you’d probably want to do all of this while working hard to achieve your own professional goals. Schools, unfortunately, are still struggling to build a baseline academic foundation & end up focusing on rote learning & exams. As a parent, you have the desire, but often lack the awareness, or sometimes the ability, to bridge the gap. This is where we come in. Roles and Responsibilities Craft stories that resonate with parents and children throughout India. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind narratives that connect, influence, and inspire, using your skills in both digital marketing and production to weave compelling tales. Here's a snapshot of what life in this role entails: Own: Content Creation & Strategy, Production Processes, Visual and Narrative Brand Identity, Analytics Team: Built from scratch Desired Experience • 4 - 6 years in creative roles with a strong portfolio in storytelling, content creation, and production, preferably within a hyperlocal/education company • Proven track record of working across various aspects of the production process, from videography to editing • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles to ensure content is optimised for organic and inorganic reach • Active engagement with creative community & social media to stay ahead of industry trends • A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong grasp of brand language Required Skills • Proficient in storytelling and content strategy tailored to parents and children • Experienced in directing and producing engaging video content, with hands-on skills in videography, editing, and post-production • Familiarity with digital marketing tools to amplify content reach and engagement • Understanding of instagram, linkedin, email marketing, landing pages, and the necessary tools to support creative campaigns Preferred Mindset • A deep curiosity and drive to experiment and learn in the creative field • A first principles thinker, ready to explore innovative approaches in the field of education globally • Ambitious standards for creative output and storytelling • Quick learner, open to adopting new tools and technologies independently • Hands-on approach and willingness to dive into all aspects of the creative process
