POSITION SUMMARY:
• Develop and review annual curriculum plan, reading material, worksheets, lesson plans, question banks and assessments to ensure alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.
• Curate and review teaching-learning digital resources.
• Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops to enhance pedagogical skills and content delivery.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree (History,Social Studies)
B.Ed. / ECCE (Early Child Care and Education) (is a plus)
Experience in creating content for Social Studies is a must
Work Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and 5 years in content development/instructional design
• Strong understanding of K12 curriculum standards and educational best practices
• Analyse content for authencity and language accuracy and map to grades and learning outcomes.
• Creating/curating teaching-learning resources to engage students and support teachers.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in utilizing multimedia content tools is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of content.
• Proficiency in using educational technology, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management System (DAM)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
