Job Description
• Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses, including learning flow, interactives and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up -to-date.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners.
• Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation, such as course syllabi and instructor guides, to support the implementation of the curriculum.
Requirements
• Any UG/PG degree ( English, Commerce, Management, Social Science, Psychology, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields will be beneficial)
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of people skills.
• Strong understanding of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, People skills, Project management, Change Management and the ability to explain them in clear bite -size chunks.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies.
• Experience with curriculum development tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
• Certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, project management, human-centered design, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
• Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills.
• Ability to work in agile methodology.
• Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point.
• Design tools like Canva, Pixton, Figma, Adobe.
