As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our range of branded school supplies and managing customer relationships through telephone calls. Qualifications and Skills
- - Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- - Contact potential customers through telephone calls and explain our products and services
- - Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives
- - Maintain a database of prospective customers and track their interactions
- - Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- - Provide accurate information about products and pricing to customers
- - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and sales objectives
