Role Description

The Customer Engagement Executive is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle journey post acquisition to additional revenue generation via service excellence.

Qualifications

  • BMS/MMS
  • 0-1 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program faculty, L&D head, participants (learners), and other stakeholders to drive training programs.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with participants and stakeholders.
  • Track participants' progress and provide support to facilitators during workshops.
  • Generate reports, visualize data, and share insights with clients and faculty as requested.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to enhance program engagement and success.
  • Address participant queries throughout the duration of the program.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, deliverables, and logistical aspects of the program.
  • Anchor sessions to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Provide assistance to facilitators during workshops for optimal learning experiences.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to meeting client and program needs.
