Role:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for launching and administering the CRM platform—setting the platform up for success managing the day-to-day, and working closely with teams to deliver continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform aligning to stakeholder needs and ensuring a positive, rewarding experience for our sales team members.
  • Administer the day to day of our CRM. including but not limited to, creating accounts and login credentials, reports, and dashboards, as well as managing workflows and marketing activity integrations
  • Create and maintain CRM procedures, training, and processes
  • Act as the internal champion and trainer for CRM, with a focus on enabling our sales teams to provide greater value to our customers.
  • Partner and collaborate across multiple business functions to develop customizations, optimizations, and best practices.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing leadership to define and document opportunities to enhance the platform and its integrated systems
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts and coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Other support or duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented and focused on optimization, while still managing daily activities
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • High level of technological literacy, with an acumen for quickly learning new technologies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals
  • Proactive problem-solver. with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
  • High competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience working within a CRM system
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or sales administration, which has contributed to an understanding of sales and marketing best practices.
  • Marketing automation experience preferred
