Purpose of Position
To ensure effective planning of assessments and provide support for Client Manager logistics.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Reach individual UTILISATION/ targets per month.( subject to work availability)
- Ensure the available days are booked
- Use appointed LCM by Regional Manager or any other designated authority.
- plan for Client Manager presence in the office for assessment related works
- Minimise travel time/distance between home & client, office & client & between clients
- Key Accounts to be handled by Key Account Managers
- Diaries are booked at least two months in advance
- Logistics to be arranged by planners
- In case Assessor with relevant T code is no available then Planners to arrange the experts in consultation with Regional Manager
- Every Monday Audit postponement / cancellation report to be submitted to Operations Support Manager and copy to Regional Manager for the previous week.
- Weekly forecast to be submitted to planning Manager who in turn would submit to Finance
Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and “Make Excellence a Habit”.

- Diary Management of assessors
Dimensions
- Workload management of Client Managers supporting the budgeted days for respective region.
- Interaction with, Operations Support Manager Regional Managers, Team Managers, Client Manager
- Support to External Resource staff
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Competencies
- A Graduate in any discipline.
- To have at least 1-2 years of similar support experience .
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience within a customer centre environment
- Advanced competence in MS word and excel database.
- To Demonstrate of a high skill level in using SAP (optional)
- Good analytical problem solving skills
