SetMyCareer is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Relations team. The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Actively listen to the clients, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of SetMyCareer's products, services, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
- Should be open to hosting and recording video testimonials with clients after they’ve taken the services.
- Should also be open to making sales calls, as and when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accurately documenting issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as LeadSquared and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a talent for building positive relationships.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
