About The Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will join our customer support team to provide essential assistance to our clients. This entry-level position offers on-the-job learning experience, including buddy and coaching programs, to develop your skills in incident management, business analysis, customer management, incident monitoring and incident resolution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management - assist our clients with resolving technical issues
  • Business Analysis - analyze business and technical requirements from our customers
  • Customer Management - build strong relationships with our clients and partners
  • Incident Monitoring and Resolution - monitor product and service performance and proactively address further issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude for remote work and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
