Job Description: Asst. Manager Customer Success
Position: 1
Location: Hyderabad
Pay: upto 30k
Minimum Experience: 1 Years
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success who can achieve our primary objectives of maintaining high customer satisfaction and effectively on-boarding new students.
Our clientele consists of parents of students from India and abroad who study with us. Key duties of this role include:
• Implementing the company's customer service strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to successfully on-board all students and parents into Dreamtime Learning School.
• Utilizing Zoho and other automation tools to establish high-performance support systems for error-free student on-boarding.
• Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation.
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad.
• Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs.
• Preparing reports and documents as required periodically.
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience managing a team of customer support professionals across India. International experience is a plus.
• Expertise in all aspects of customer support, coupled with a drive to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in using Zoho One and other relevant tools is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and exceeding company expectations.
