Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team at our Kanakapura, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and mentor B.Tech CSE students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging and interactive cybersecurity training sessions for B.Tech CSE students.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum on topics such as ethical hacking, network security, cryptography, and incident response.
• Aware of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant.
• Provide hands-on training through practical exercises and real-world scenarios.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance and update training materials.
• Act as a mentor and guide for students interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a focus on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and security best practices.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ is a added value.
• Previous experience in teaching or training, especially at the university level, is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.
