Position: ML Engineer

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• Proficient in programming and handling data of various forms and sizes.
• Solid experience (3+ years preferred) in developing models using NLP techniques, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), and their derivatives.
• Extensive knowledge of deep-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
• Experience with implementing and fine-tuning LLMs for applications like text generation, semantic analysis, and machine translation.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs for enhancing traditional NLP tasks and creating innovative solutions.
• Experience with image processing techniques (classifiers, captioning, segmentation, detection), and model optimization (attention mechanisms, activation functions).
• Familiarity with database management, APIs, and file formats (JSON, PARQUET, XML).
• Proficient in SQL.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively on projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Design and implement NLP models for various applications.
• Develop comprehensive recommendation systems utilizing both images and text.
• Create expression analysis models using webcam inputs for emotion recognition.
• Construct and deploy ML models for psychometric analysis.
• Manage AI/ML infrastructure for development and production environments.
• Utilize transfer learning to enhance model training and efficiency.
• Engage with business stakeholders to explain AI/ML insights, project limitations, and timelines.
• Independently manage project life cycles with minimal supervision.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and methodologies relevant to our industry
