Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Daycare Teacher at Jain Futuristic Academy. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing care, support, and education to young children. Your daily tasks will include creating a safe and nurturing environment, implementing age-appropriate activities, developing and following a curriculum, maintaining open communication with parents, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children. Qualifications • Experience in day care or early childhood development • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to develop and implement curriculum for young children • Knowledge of childcare best practices and safety guidelines • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and parents • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children • Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education
