This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean - School of Management at IMS Unison University in Dehradun. As the Dean - School of Management, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Management. Your tasks will include curriculum development, faculty recruitment, student admissions, program evaluation, and building relationships with industry partners. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the School of Management and ensuring its continued success.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in Management or a related field
• Prior experience in academic leadership positions
• Strong understanding of the current trends and best practices in management education
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and program evaluation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Track record of research and publications in Management or related fields
• Experience in faculty recruitment and development
