Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Decision Tree – Trainer cum Documentation Specialist. This role combines expertise in building decision-making trees with a talent for delivering effective training and creating comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in training our clients on leveraging our AI-based proctoring and assessment solutions and documenting best practices for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust decision-making trees and algorithms to enhance the functionality of our AI-based proctoring and assessment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to understand client needs and requirements for decision-making processes.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective utilization of our proctoring and assessment technologies.
• Create clear and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, manuals, and tutorials, to support clients in implementing and optimizing decision-making processes.
• Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and documentation based on evolving needs and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in decision-making methodologies and incorporate relevant insights into our solutions and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to decision-making processes and our proctoring and assessment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Education, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in building decision-making trees and designing decision support systems, preferably in the education or assessment industry.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with practical experience in applying them to decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating organized and accessible documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role or training capacity is a plus.
