About the Role: As the Agile Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Development team, the Product Team, and the DevOps team, ensuring delivery of our products and services to clients/stakeholders whilst also evolving and improving our processes. Key Responsibilities : • Act as the sole participant with complete oversight of technical delivery from project inception through to release; • Work alongside the Stakeholders, Development Team, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and the DevOps team to ensure end-to-end delivery of our product range • Research and advance our pipelines, technologies, delivery processes, multi-tasking on multiple projects with other team members; • Strictly follow Agile Delivery practice and conventions; • Leverage various reporting matrixes that provide project insight - assisting on backlog management/roadmap creation with the Product Owners/Business Analysts; • Motivate and encourage the Development team with their Delivery outcomes; • Troubleshoot any delivery issues in a timely manner in a highly scalable development environment; • Act as the catalyst to improve delivery process and overall development practices; • Ensure documentation is created to a high standard and then followed for all areas of Delivery Management Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have a degree relevant to Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent) and 10 + years of total experience and around 5 years of relevant work experience preferably acting as an Agile Delivery Manager (or Release Manager/Technical Project Manager) • Experience working within a Release Management model, and exceptional understanding of Agile methodology and the Agile SDLC • Experience working alongside Scrum Masters, managing scope and schedules with an Agile approach to prioritisation and value delivery; • Act as the functional and subject matter authority (SME) for the solution that is being delivered • Ensure teams deliver demonstrable value against the client/product owner/stakeholder's objectives every iteration, and that delivery is optimal and repetitious • Leverage a scalable qualitative and quantitative approach to risk management, identifying risks early, providing high visibility on impact and urgency against project milestones, and determining timely, necessary action(s) • Act as the catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality • Provide feedback, guidance, and coaching to members of the development team on delivery, in collaboration with their Development Leads and Managers • Contribute to our Process and Practices, leveraging a refined toolkit of best practices, collaboration tools, techniques, activities, and release delivery management • Ability to recognise and mediate conflict between parties at all levels, with both teams and with the external stakeholders/clients working with our teams • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Miro etc It would be desirable to have additional understanding in the following areas: • Has previously worked gaming industry or similar and has experience as a Delivery Manager in cross functional organisations developing both bespoke custom made software and integrating too off the shelf products • Understand delivery of a platform to enable Customers to self-service their needs and view details of their engagement on a web portal Benefits • Hybrid setup • Worker's insurance • Paid Time Offs • Other employee benefits to be discussed by our Talent Acquisition team in India Closing: Helpshift embraces diversity.
