ROLE OF POSITION Handling the specific country Division, Leading a Team of Counselors & Branch Managers, Developing Company's Market Share, Brand Promotion Activities. MAIN DUTIES • Achieve the goals in assigned country for Student Placement • Provide inputs to support development and execute the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake. • Build strong client support through ongoing engagement, quality service to students and clients, high quality applications. • Contribute to building an operating environment by exhibiting a collaborative operating style • Be a productive, proactive and effective member of leadership team and support counsellors through exhibiting a collaborative operating style • Develop business plans, budgets and skills. • Monitor, review and report on progress. • Motivate and lead the team to achieve demonstrable outcome • Training and development of staff • Maintaining and building relationship with university partners. • Driving the marketing and promotional activities, in collaboration with the concerned team. • Resolution of issues as and when they arise. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Graduation / Post Graduation • Minimum 9-10 years of relevant experience in overseas education with specialization in assigned country. SKILLS REQUIRED • High quality, error free process centric approach. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Leadership skills. • Ability to communicate across branches. • A strong, ethical manager who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
