Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Country Manager for Australia to lead the way for the Meridean team. You will play a crucial role in assisting team of counsellors and students through the entire process of studying abroad. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the Manager Operations, & Management and be responsible for developing strategies to coordinate with counselor's for business objectives.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counsellors.
• Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
• Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize student's admission.
• Train and mentor others and design training programs.
• Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
• Represent MOEC to higher education institutions and prospective students.
• Engage and maintain communication with team regularly.
• Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms including delivering key or inspiring messages and encouraging engagement from higher education institution leaders, and students.

Who We Are Looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in International Education and Student Recruitment (Australia)
• Master’s degree, MBA or any other related field, strongly preferred
• Fluent in the English language
• Significant experience in the sales and marketing domain
• Strong knowledge of overseas education systems, visa regulations, and admission processes.
