Roles & Responsibilities

A DevOps engineer’s roles and responsibilities are a combination of technical and management roles. It is essential to have excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver the responsibilities to the customer’s satisfaction.

• Helping our website scale
• Manage the security of Application and Infrastructure
• Setting up the monitoring and alerting mechanism for website and LMS
• Optimize the overall infrastructure cost
• Help us leverage the latest technology and trends in cloud operations.
• Train entire technology team so that we can become a Devops centric organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Strong knowledge and experience of AWS cloud infrastructure, systems, network design and cloud migrations projects.
• Strong understanding of immutable infrastructure and infrastructure as code concepts.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins) is a must.
• Very good with AWS and cost optimizations there. Understands the latest tech stack on AWS
• Good with Containerization
• Very good hands-on AWS knowledge is a must have.
