About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve student enrollment targets.
● Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing).
● Oversee affiliate marketing partnerships and ensure their effectiveness in driving qualified leads.
● Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their growth and success.
● Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders like brand, admissions and academic departments to align digital campaigns with broader university goals.
● Analyze campaign performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing to optimize results.
● Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and recommend innovative strategies.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
● Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, preferably in higher education.
● Strong understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing principles.
● Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
● Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
● Prior experience working in the education sector is a definite plus.
