SHIV NADAR SCHOOL: In 2012, the Shiv Nadar Foundation made its foray into urban school education with a singular purpose – to breach and surpass the existing benchmarks in education, and to bring the finest learning experiences to students. Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon and Noida began operations in the academic year 2012-13 followed by Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad in 2015-16. The first three schools in the NCR have been developed as model schools and will create the institutional knowledge and wisdom in terms of educational practices, systems, and processes with a view to be effectively scalable as we grow into other cities and towns of India in the coming decade. Read more about us and our journey on www.shivnadarschool.edu.in Designation: Digital Marketing & SEO Manager Location: Noida Reports to Head Brand & PR Experience: Rich experience in digital marketing of 4 plus years THE POSITION We are looking for a Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to manage the Digital Marketing segment for the Shiv Nadar School EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field 2. B2C background, excellent communication skills, Excellent Writing and Reading skills. 3. SEO keywords knowledge for organic presence and growth 4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, paid social media marketing and display advertising campaigns including brand messaging and communication on ad copies. 2. Being actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.). Managing and improving online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. 3. Website: Managing our CMS, optimizing for SEO, ensuring content is up to date, user journey is clear, and performance of content is measured against clear KPI’s. 4. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate. 5. Other: Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. 6. Work with the content team for writing engaging content that is consistent with brand guidelines. Having a clear understanding of the brand and communication aspects. 7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 8. planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 9. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. 10. Creation of websites and project management. PRE -REQUISITE 1. Proven working experience in digital marketing. 2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. 3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. 5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. 6. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) 7. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. 8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints 9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 10. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
