Job Description • Plan, manage and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. • Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence on social media. • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase brand awareness. • Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Run ads and campaigns on digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google. • Establish and maintain active social media accounts and increase regular traffic and engagement, including special event marketing such as seminars, workshops, meetups, etc. • Working on comment moderation, consumer interaction, and diffusing any online issues (complaints, issues, etc.) • Perform data driven lead generation via social media campaigns. • Creating weekly reports of client and competitor social activities. • Researching relevant industry and market developments. • Demonstrate initiative by readily undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.  Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in any stream. • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within an academic or professional setting. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrate a strong capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
