Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our EdTech /School /university. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads for our online education platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Create and manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
  • Oversee the graphic design process, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand designs for marketing materials, website, and social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head or similar role in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in social media marketing (SMM) strategies and platforms.
  • Experience in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in graphic designing tools and software, with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the EdTech/school/university industry and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
