Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary goal will be to drive online traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate leads and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audience, and market trends.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
We require you to be a specialist in Google Ad Words and Facebook Ads.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
SEO and SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all digital marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics)
Experience working in the Edtech is a plus.
