We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Head to join our team at beginners world Preschool & Daycare. As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our pre-school and attract prospective parents and students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment for our pre-school.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Manage and maintain our pre-school's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for our digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Manage and oversee the work of the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as admissions and administration, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Head or similar role, preferably in the education industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
