Role Description

SSDN Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant / Tech Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives and leveraging technology to drive our online presence, engagement, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, technology, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing space.
