Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote ISBM's courses and programs. • Manage social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns. • Analyze digital marketing data to optimize campaigns, improve user engagement, and drive conversions. • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant digital content. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. • Monitor and manage the performance of the official website, ensuring an optimal user experience. • Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. • Prepare reports on digital marketing performance for management review. Key Skills: • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on results. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools. • Creativity in developing engaging and shareable digital content. • Excellent communication and project management skills. Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing roles. • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. • Results-driven with a strategic approach to online marketing.
