Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our educational institution's marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our school, attract prospective students, and engage with the community. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, digital platforms, and marketing analytics.
Job responsibilities :
a) Digital Strategy: ● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the school's goals and target audience. ● Stay updated on digital marketing trends in the education sector and incorporate innovative approaches into the overall strategy.
b) Social Media management: ● Manage and grow the school's social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content to promote events, achievements, and educational programs. ● Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and leverage social media advertising to reach a wider audience
c) Content Creation: ● Develop and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including the school website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. ● Collaborate with teachers, students, and staff to highlight achievements, events, and unique aspects of the school.
d) Email marketing: ● Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with current students and parents, and promote school events. ● Monitor email campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
e) SEO & Website Management: ● Optimize the school's website for search engines to improve online visibility. ● Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with SEO best practices.
f) Online Advertising: ● Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to reach prospective students and parents. ● Utilize platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising to maximize the school's online visibility.
g) Analytics & Reporting: ● Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. ● Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
h) Email marketing: ● Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with current students and parents, and promote school events. ● Monitor email campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
i) SEO & Website Management: Optimize the school's website for search engines to improve online visibility. ● Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with SEO best practices.

Requirements & Skills :
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
● Knowledge of the education industry, admissions processes, and student recruitment.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools. (paid & organic)
