Job Description

You'll identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. By generating more leads for the business, you'll open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials covering various digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and more. • Design engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations tailored to different skill levels and learning styles. • Conduct training sessions either in-person or virtually, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment. • Assess the training needs of participants and adapt the content and delivery methods accordingly. • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance training content and methodologies. • Provide guidance and support to trainees, offering mentorship and practical insights to aid in their understanding and application of digital marketing strategies. • Collaborate with other departments or stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus. • Proven experience 2+ years working in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels, tools, and best practices. • Prior experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or educational programs, demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills. • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc. • Ability to tailor training content to different audiences, from beginners to advanced practitioners. • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adjust methodologies accordingly. • A passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovations. • Certification in teaching, adult education, or training methodologies is advantageous.
