Job Description
The purpose of the National Business Head role is to manage the product life cycle in schools, including sales, operations, partner engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales planning and execution.
• Customer relationship management.
• Deliver topline and bottom-line numbers as per AOP.
• Team recruitment and leadership.
Scope of work:
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Ensure school retention and value-retention.
• Cross-selling of new products.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales & operations team.
• Budget and expense management.
• Reports and analysis.
Skills and Qualities:
• 12+ years of experience in sales and operations, 5+ years in K-12 education sector
• Significant experience in building growth, implementation of educational products in schools.
• Excellent in key account handling and building long-term relationships with the schools.
• Good exposure to business development and sales; strong sales and negotiation skills
• Team handling experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.
