Job Title: Director - Global Business School

As a Director - Global Business School, you will be responsible for provide leadership, administer academic programs, set high standards of overall education and be the face of the institute.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Overseeing all the activities to ensure that educational goals are met
• To develop the curriculum on par with the best institutes
• To devise mechanisms to enable the student to get placement on par with the best of the B-schools
• Exhibiting innovative leadership through creativity and engagement with the evolving business environment.
• Guiding the financial team to responsibly handle expenditures and budgeting
• To structure the academic calendar and ensure execution to conform academic success.
• Fostering relationships with relevant organizations and other educational institutes.
• Providing strategic direction for the business school in alignment with its mission and values.
• Formulating and implementing a strategy that will enhance the value and reputation of the institution.
• Organizing, planning, and setting priorities for allocation of resources.
• Building strong relationships with the business community
• You have to develop the culture of conducting MDPs & FDPs & Consultancy in the B-school (faculty & department)

Candidate Profile:

• 15 Years and above experience in the field of education management.
• Ph.d degree in management from top 15 NIRF Ranking Institutes.
• Work experience in a Business school as a Dean, Director, Senior Professor, Placement head or Administrative Head.
• Candidate from IIM are most preferable
• Highly effective communicator in writing and speaking.
• An in depth understanding of P&L responsibilities of an Educational Institute.

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Pay Scale: All short-listed candidates will be offered remuneration on par with industry.
